The Potatoes Sweeter, Tanner Sister

Everything in moderation. That’s my motto when it comes to food, unless it’s food that will make me look better in which case-pile it high!

This week the spiff is going to be all about foods that make us gorgeous, and the first food on our list is Sweet Potatoes…
Even as I write this my mouth waters for sweet potato fritters, a recipe one of my food network loves made and I copied and now…yeah, I’m in a full on crave for.

The good news is the sweet potatoes in those fritters are rich in vitamin A so it helps our eyes adjust to light faster, our skin stay moist and resistant to cell damage, and our immune system stay strong.  Sweet potatoes also protect against certain cancers.

If this were a food blog I’d post the recipe here, but it’s not so go get it yourself or get invited to my house cause they’ll certainly be hanging around in a day or two :)
