As promised *cough* last week *cough* here are the photos of what was once a candle holder and is now a bracelet holder!

The arms I use for the circular bracelets and the middle is where I store the flat bracelets with a clasp, it’s perfect!

Another update from the week is the post from the day about loseit.com, I wrote that you can you can enter in a recipe and they would figure up the calories for you. Well, turns out that is not true.

I promise you they listed it as a perk, but I couldn’t find it anywhere.  The best thing to do if you do use the program is if you can’t find what you ate for dinner look for the dish in the restaurant section.

You can’t say that we don’t bring you the hard and fast truth here on thespiff.com :)
