2012 is off and running (what seems like a marathon so far).

And it’s about that time for resolutions to start hitting a slower stride, especially now that we can barely remember what it was like to be full from the holidays.

1. DO drink more water.

  • It makes everything in your body run better-which will show up on the outside through healthy skin
  • It decreases your appetite.
  • It keeps you going to the bathroom so anything between your teeth it won’t be there for long :-D

It will increase your body’s dependence on it which is good because it’s low in calories!
