DO eat Breakfast
You don’t have to tell me this twice-I love breakfast!

It’s very important that you do eat it because it will give you a better metabolism (especially if you eat withing 30 minutes of waking up), and it will give you energy (that everyone needs in buckets in the morning, no?)

Find something you don’t mind to nibble on if you’re one of those people with a stomach that just doesn’t open shop until at least 11. 

Even if it’s just a banana or one of those fruit and nut bars. It will make a big difference.
