Do Just One

Whatever you end up overindulging in-do just one.

The other night for dessert, I had one teaspoon of ice cream. But I ate it slowly and I licked every last bit off, and you know what? I was satisfied.
It sounds crazy, but everything in moderation is what pays off.

Do just one of what you normally have 7 of, and it will make a big difference.
Eat is slowly, savor it (don’t eat it while doing anything else if you have to) and that little “spot” will still be hit.
