Stop, It’s Got a Brush!!!

Want to hear a scary phrase?
Too bad, keep reading…
“I need a new bathing suit.” Yeah, I know, stop! But I won’t, how bout, “Want to go jean shopping?”

*Shivers*
Even the biggest shopaholics among us (myself included) hear those and run screaming to our closets clutching what we already have and love.

What’s really truly scary is that moment when you realize it’s time for a new foundation. The realization usually follows a glimpse of your face outside and you wonder why no one told you your face is three shades darker than your neck.

If you can get past the reazoning stage where you try and convince yourself to just stick with what you know, then you can probably make some real progress and move on to the researching phase which you don’t even need because I’ve done it all for you.

I know the phases well, my friends, and I’ve got the answer to your every foundation need.

Bare Minerals is the credits at the end of the scary movie, it’s the good guy with the gun, it’s the police man showing up at the right moment. It has eased my every foundation-shopping phobia.

Boasting all kinds of things, like the fact that it’s all natural (you could fall asleep in it and it won’t harm your skin!); it goes on like a powder but sticks like a liquid (which won me over); it’s long lasting, gives you a great glow, cheaper than what I was using. I could go on and on!!

What’s truly great is unlike all the guessing you had to do standing in Walgreens in the middle of the night, with Bare Minerals you can go into their store or Sephora (I would suggest Sephora, the employees at Bare Minerals in the mall are super unhelpful) and you can get a sample in different shades so that you can match your face. I would suggest this and make the real test be how you look outside.

Ladies, it’s wonderful. I did a test run on Monday and it lasted all day whereas my old foundation would wear by the end and I would have to refresh (I hate refreshing!)

While this marks probably one of the longest posts, I’m just trying change foundation shopping from a walk through a haunted corn maze to a skip through a field of daisys :)
More on Monday!
