Rolls

It’s not often that I hear fashion advice that is actually good.
As weird as that sounds, when you watch and read all things fashion related as much as I do, you start to hear the same old stale advice reheated and dished back out like old meatloaf.

This weekend, however, I got to watch a Chico’s fashion show and listen as actual good advice was given out. And honestly, it was all I could do to not stand up and say “Amen!”

One of the things that was mentioned was to watch the length of your sleeve in comparison with the end of your jacket. Such as when your jacket sleeves hit at the same spot as the end of the jacket does, creating one big fabric box.

It’s not the shape you want (especially when the box is sitting right on top of your hips), so make sure you roll up the sleeves up a couple folds.

I know we’re not reinventing the wheel here, but it’s simple tricks like this that take it up that crucial spiffy notch!
