Anytime you get to lounge out of town this summer, take notes. Not on how well you sleep, or how much you eat (no one wants to see that down on paper). Take notes on what you liked that you packed and what you didn’t.

Get a cute little notepad and jot it down when you realize you should’ve brought more casual clothes, or when you realize that your entire gold jewlery collection wasn’t necessarily what you want to wear on the beach everyday.

This way Future you will want to hug Past you when it’s time to go on your next R and R and you know exactly what you need to pack because you wrote it all down!

And you thought taking notes went out with the school bell…
