The Brights and The Bees

To round out this week of going rainbow bright, I’d like to conclude with some reasons why going with color can really help your look.

Dressing in color is attractive (for more than just the bees).
Colors draw attention to you and with the magic of fashion can help draw eyes away from certain body parts.

If you want the eye drawn away from your legs-wear a bright cardigan over a neutral tank and pair it with a bright necklace. Keep everything neutral on the bottom and no one will notice your legs!

The opposite is true as well-use this ever expanding color wheel of choices to make yourself look thinner this spring!

Another reason to go for color: it makes you look so happy! I had on bright blue pants the other day and a woman on her smoke break stopped me to say thanks for always dressing so cheery!

You never know who’s day you’re going to brighten if you walk out of the house in your own brights :)

Finally, colors break up the norm. I’m one to talk, being a habitual gray and black buyer, but having color options now have made my outfit arranging so much fun!

Bite into the brights and you’ll be a happier, seemingly slimmer person for it.

Store Update:
According to my sources, Urban Outiftters that was once eyeing downtown Knoxville then gave it a no, is flirting with our city again (I know, we’re that guy you can’t walk away from). So get excited because there’s a space down on Market Square that they may get into across the way from where Market Square Kitchen used to be (on the left if you’re facing MSK). So get your wallet ready and get excited!!

Much like Forever 21 their company is a good one to patronize (don’t you just love that!) as I recently read that the president of Urban Outfitters gave money to a presidential candidate that does not endorse gay marriage. Miley Cyrus is banning them for that reason-I’m going to shop there more for the same one.

Yay!
