In fact there are a pair of needle nose plyers in my glove compartment in the event that the little rings on my necklace or earrings breaks or gets bent out of shape.

Another quick fix in my arsenal are safety pins!! They make the absolute best quick fix to a broken clasp, and if you have them in a variety of colors someone could look directly at the back of your neck and not be able to see your necklace is being held together by one of those bad boys. They blend in so well!

Just another reason to keep our wallets full of these little fashion paramedics.
