Say Cheese!

Not only is saying cheese good for your teeth, eating cheese is also good for your choppers.

Who’d a thought?

Apparently the good bacteria found in cheese helps fight off the bad bacteria in your mouth.

Other good foods for your pearly whites are…
-Celery: because chewing it takes so long (blah) it causes your mouth to produce extra saliva which is also good at killing the bad bacteria. Plus chewing on an abrasive food like that helps to loosen particles in your mouth and it massages your gums at the same time!

-Green Tea: while this warm (or cold ) drink is good for multiple things, what it does for your teeth is it whacks that bacteria that causes sugar to be turned into plaque and roundhouse kicks in the face the bacteria that causes bad breath!

Who knew there could be such a throw down going on in our mouths!?
