I’ve got that “Summer Breeze” song in my head as I write this. Every time I hear that song I’m taken to the back seat of my parents car squished between my brother and sister, engaged in a heated debate as to whether the lyrics are “blowing through the jasmine of my mind” or not (what else they could be, I don’t know, but those lyrics sound absurd).

I know right about now we would all enjoy a summer breeze blowing our hair, face, mental jasmine it doesn’t matter. We’ll take whatever we can get.

Until we get that, a good idea to keep your lips looking luscious in this heat is to fill them in with a lip pencil for color then swipe over that a clear gloss.  The wax in the pencil will help the color to stay put even in the hottest of hots and the gloss will keep them nice and juicy.

Revlon is about to bust out a product I can’t wait to try…it’s got lip stain on one side and lip balm on the other side of the same stick.  That’s ideal.  One product. Done. Check. I’m not sure when they’re going to debut it, but I will let you know if I hear anything.
