Baby Steps, Almost Literarlly

Somehow, over the last 6 days, your new years resolution of working out everyday this week has diminished down to arm curls during Bachelor commercials.
Don’t fret. It’s not too late.  One good thing about goals is that they are what you make them to be, and the key is to make them babies.  A baby goal is something that you can work at easily, day by day, and as you cultivate and nurture it with attention you will watch it grow into a full fledged driving teenage goal.

How do you make a baby weight goal? You start by cutting out “extra cheese, please” or substitute yogurt for your nightly ice cream ritual.  Start small like that and I promise you, you’ll start to see and feel results and it will only make you want to grow the baby goal into a bigger one!
