I love me some Stacy London every once in a while. If you don’t know who she is tune in to What Not To Wear on TLC Friday nights and watch as her and Clinton perform miracles on the seemingly least fashionable people in the world.

If you’re a true fan of the show then the name Carmindy will set off bells and whistles.

She’s the makeup artist on the show that gets the people at the very end. She also has put out two (that I know of, maybe more) great books that are chalked full of great tips (I also believe she is a Christian so even more reason to support her work).

One such book is called, 5 Minute Face: The Quick and Easy Makeup Guide for Every Woman.  For the rest of the week we’re going to be peeping into the book and seeing all kinds of good advice starting with this one:

If you happen to have dark circles under your eyes, Carmindy recommends to play up another area of your face, like your lips so as to throw out kind of a bait and switch on people. If every time they look at your face they are drawn to your lips, they’ll never notice the baggage!
