Something that makes me look good and takes minimal to no effort? I’ll take two please.

Being a girl is great and all, but in the summer it’s a full time job.

Which is why when I heard of a way to cut corners when it came to having cute toes, I was all in.

By now I’m sure you’ve heard of Sally Hansen’s Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips, earlier in the year I heard rumor that she was coming out with the same thing for your toes. I haven’t seen anything about it since so I don’t know what the status is on that, but in the mean time you can use the ones made for your fingers-on your toes!

In fact, I covered my entire right foot using only the strip made for your thumb (or for an ogres thumb-who has a thumb that large?!).

Of all the things I have to do to be a girl applying mascara and painting my toes are my two least favorites. These little ditties allow me to check one of those off the list while making my toes look super cool.

*Side note: Make sure you store the leftover strips in an air tight container because, as I found out the hard way, they do dry out.*

We’ll see how long they last, they’re supposed to go a full two weeks on your fingers so (toes crossed ;) they’ll last longer than that on my feet. I’ll no longer be avoiding this section of the nail isle because dropping $8 is more worth it if I can use it four times on my feet.
Especially when it’s a cute design!!
It’s a great way to have especially good looking toes all year round.

Now if only Sally would come out with a faster way to apply mascara…
