It’s Magnetic!

The news of magnetic nail polish is starting to eek out and if you’re still wondering what it is, or how it works here’s a picture of my nails this week…

What you do is, you paint the nail polish on then while it’s still wet you hold a magnet over it that has a predetermined pattern to it. That magnet attracts all the little metal filings found in the polish and creates a really cool look.

It actually looks 3-D  or that it has ridges, but it’s very smooth, and very durable I might add. This is a picture of my nails that I painted last Saturday night- not a chip on them.

You can also go back and see a picture of the silver one from when The Spiff first broke the news about two months ago.

It’s exciting because it has definitely added wild variety to my normal nail color cycle (although not exciting in the fact that LCN doesn’t have names for their polishes, or at least cute ones).

You can try it out now at Sephora!
