When it comes to jean and bathing suit shopping, let’s face it, there are child birthing experiences that are more pleasant.

But they have to be done (I’m referring to all of the above). So why not make it as pleasant as possible?

Once you’ve psyched yourself up to go shopping for a new swim suit this year (and you’ve done all your research on the spiff!) try buying online.

You can have the suit shipped to your house, try it on in your own comfortable/familiar lighting, and not have to deal with judgmental store clerks or ungodly lighting at all!

Just make sure the website you’re buying from has a good return policy and you’re home free (almost literally!) Plus when you try on a suit at home you can fully experience how it will move with your body, so instead of just standing in one spot in the dressing room you can move about and make sure that nothing pops out :)

(Ps-Do yourself a favor and don’t try these things on when you’ve just eaten, it will save a ton of self loathing and dieting promises)
