Goal: Better Skin

In helping you achieve the best looking you this year, we’re helping you to set goals for every thing beauty related.

Today, we’re setting skin goals.
What is it you want from your skin this year?

What do you want from your skin? Do you want it to glow? Do you want it to be more hydrated? Less oily?
Before you set new goals, take a look at your current skin regimen…could it be improved, or followed more closely?

If you’re washing your face with the same thing every night, but are never happy with how your face looks, you might want to consider changing your face wash. If you’re not washing your face every night-that’s a no! no! Start by doing that!

Also, once a week you should add in doing a deep clean such as: wash, exfoliate, toner, mask, moisturizer. Doing this once a week will help keep your skin bright, and you feeling really really good about yourself.

And you’ve heard me say this before, but it’s worth repeating. Don’t be afraid to spend money on good products. A sweater will come and go, but your face you’ll always have. And the more you take care of your skin now the better it will look now and continue to pay off later.

Also, think about taking vitamin supplements, like E that is very good for your skin. Or adding in foods that are good for your skin like nuts, dark greens, or sunflower seeds, just to name a few.

Don’t just complain about your skin this year-do something about it and feel good!
