E = MC Sale!

Did you know that shopping is good for your brain?

With all the walking, looking, touching, decision making and price configuring you’re doing it’s working out all parts of your brain at the same time.

This must mean then that I’m on my way to being Einstein :)

Because I’m not only doing all of those things, I’m adding to it. When I find a shirt I like, I tend to think of all the different ways I can wear it. Will it look good tucked in? Under a jacket? With a belt?

I’ve recently discovered that tops meant to be tunics also make really great shirts with jeans. I’m constantly on the hunt for long shirts and tunic tops are a great answer! As long as it’s a simple shirt (nothing too long or flowy) you can scrunch it up and wear it under a jacket with a belt or by itself and not have to worry about it being too short or your underwear showing when you bend over.

Do make sure that if you try this you do it with tapered pants, or skinny jeans, again with the balance-you  don’t want voluminous pants under your shirt.

It’s a great way to extend the life of a purchase!

Now you’ve got a new outfit idea AND a great excuse to go shopping (“but it’s for my brain!!!”), not bad for a Tuesday!
