Business on the top – comfort on the bottom.

Here’s what a good blazer and jeans combo says to the world – you’ve got things under control!

Sure you had to reheat your coffee this morning, but the washer is going and the dishes are soaking! And that’s not because you use “soaking” as an excuse to not empty the dishwasher either – you’re a go-getter…just after the burnt cheese has time to soften.

You might have to run the towels through the washer twice because you forgot to throw them in the dryer, but no worries! The monogramed beach towels will do. Notice – I said monogramed, because you’re wearing a blazer and your beach towels are FANCY.

This outfit will take you from the playground to the boutique you like to shop at, through the grocery store and out to lunch with a fancy face friend – easy. Just change your shoes. But don’t change your life goals, style, or dish washing strategy, girl, because you’re going places!

Can’t wrap your head around going with a bold colored blazer? I wrote here why this will help wake up your wardrobe.

And here is a great version you can pick up at JCP or here’s one from Asos.

The leopard shell I’m wearing came from an outlet, but I considered throwing it away when I saw this one from Charlotte Russe.

If you’re in the Knoxville area, you can pick up most of those items at West Town Mall – BOOM!

This is part one of four looks I’ll be sharing that are a variation of the blazer and jeans combo. So stay tuned all month for more!
