If you’re headed to a Derby party this weekend, or even if you enjoy a good hat – check out these gorgeous hat/dress combos from Dillard’s in West Town Mall!
Oh, oh it’s magic! Or just accessories…
Walking into Charming Charlie in West Town Mall for this segment makes my mouth water in excitement.
I get so excited putting different looks together because I believe it will help you next time you get stumped with what to wear. It’s amazing how different a basic outfit of a white shirt and jeans can look with a few simple switches of accessories!
Leave your worries, cares and most of your clothes at home this spring break (but still look good).
Clothing decisions for a town that’s hours away in a climate that could be drastically different from your home is hard. And the urge to pack everything “just in case” is strong. However, you HAVE to limit your stuff and no, your husband didn’t call me and ask me to say that.
The key is to consider each piece that you pack and realize it’s potential!
Watch as I’m able to take a few pieces from Altar’d State and turn them into multiple outfits. Oh and check out these cute bags!!!!
Everything you need to show someone you love, minus the hanky panky.
AN-Y-THING on this table by itself would make a beautiful gift for your Valentine (or yourself), but what would be a special treat is to have a whole table decorated with dinner on top. WE CAN ALL DREAM TOGETHER.
Excuse the fact that I wasn’t confident in my use of the term “votive.” Otherwise, enjoy these beautiful gifts I pulled together from stores all around West Town Mall ;)
I hope this inspires you to love on someone and/or yourself today. And I hope you have a spiffy day!
You get jeans, and YOU get jeans, and YOU get jeans!
Few things get worn, washed and reached for by every single member of your family more than jeans (dinner plates would be next on the list, but only if you choose to sometimes wear them…as hats?)
Jeans are appropriate all year round, no matter your age or gender. That’s why it’s important to have a quality pair (or 20) you feel good in.
GAP in West Town Mall, not only provides quality jeans you can feel good in, but they’re also a one stop shop for the whole family. Something this mom enjoys very thoroughly.
Take a look at my segment from the week to see some great pointers on buying jeans. Then read on to see what all I didn’t get to say on air…
Boy’s and Men’s jeans are a lot simpler then the options for all the women. But it doesn’t mean they’re without a few frills.
Comfort is higher up on the list for them then it is for women (*see comment about the “Super Slim” being akin to putting on a scuba suit).
My favorite kind of GAP jeans for boys are the ones that are lined. This gives a great contrasting cuff when I roll them, but most importantly, gives my little one some extra warmth in the cold – which is so valuable on the single digit days we’ve seen recently.
For the men, they too get a little stretch in their pants (and a little tappering if they want it). They also have some that have light distressing and strategic wiskering for some flattering and quiet style to set them apart. If your man is anything like mine when it comes to jeans, even the softest of “wiskers” will be put in question, haha so buy wisely. But they also have great classic pairs ;)
Thanks for stopping by! Right now everything in GAP is 40% off so it’s a great time to get the jeans you need!
